I received the second half of my Riley Blake Sugar & Spice order late last week, and I felt a strong urge to make something from it as soon as I opened the box. People have told me in the past that I'm good at putting fabrics together, but to be honest I don't think I'm that great at it, and I usually stress so much over which fabrics should go with which that all joy is taken from the process.
I clearly remember agonising over fabric choices last time I made bunting.
This time, I spent a good 4 minutes choosing which 5 of the 7 Sugar & Spice prints I would use, and then got on with making the bunting. And I LOVE the results! Too bad it was a dreary old Melbourne day today. I'll try to get a photo next time the sun comes out.
Great way of brightening up a dreary day though, as it is again today. :)
